SKILLED NURSING
Our skilled nursing care provides seniors with round-the-clock support and assistance with pain management, medication administration and monitoring, education, and other nursing services such as wound care and preventing infections.
We have nurses that specialize and are experienced in providing care for seniors with medical conditions or chronic/terminal illnesses, such as cancers, heart disease, diabetes, and respiratory problems, such as COPD, Emphysema and Asbestosis. We also have behavioral nurses that help with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, depression, and anxiety.
Our nurses act as our clients’ advocate, always putting their needs first safeguarding their sense of hope and safety. They are known for their compassion, patience and flexibility lending a listening ear. They make a difference because they truly care about our clients.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Expert Therapy for Seniors to Improve Quality of Life
We specialize in geriatric therapy in-home and work with seniors to improve their physical and emotional well-being through therapy and rehabilitation services.
We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Massage Therapy to all of our qualifying clients. Through our Physical therapy department, we are able to reduce the risk for falls or injury, strengthen and provide pain and stress relief. Our occupational therapists develop, recover and maintain our clients’ activities and movements to maximize our clients’ independence and ensure an improved quality of life for our clients. Massage Therapy allows us to improve circulation, decrease muscle and joint stiffness, and improve flexibility which allows the client to return to activities of daily living.
Our therapists take a holistic approach to adapt the environment to fit our clients.
